  Do you know why a

                                              Spring Tune-Up is Important?



Your cooling system should be cleaned thoroughly, inspected and adjusted by an expert Technician, prior to the starting up of your system for the warmer weather. Replacing the filter and inspecting internal parts will allow your system to operate more efficiently.

Our 15 Point Inspection Includes;

	Check refrigerant charge & operating pressures
	Check and clean conditioning coil.
	Check air temperature across coil.
	Clean all controls and switches.
	Clean and tighten all electrical connections.
	Clean and oil conditioner fan motor.
	Check and oil blower motor (Direct Drive)
	Check and oil motor bearings and shaft bearings (Belt Drive)

	Check belt for wear & tension, replace if necessary. *
	Check pulleys for wear alignment, replace if necessary .*
	Check and clean evaporator coil.
	Check for any leaks.
	Check condensate pan and line.
	Check air filter.
	Check thermostat.

*Small parts will be charged at the manufacture's suggested retail price, and you wil be informed before any major charges are incurred. *Freon and small parts charges are extra. Problems requiring more than the initial one-hour for repairs will be charged according to normal hourly rate of $85.00 per hour. Payment is required upon services rendered. All work is scheduled between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
